Claire43's philosophy is all humans have their unique operating system based on genetics, beliefs and life experiences, which manages our hardware (physical body) and software (thoughts, feelings and perceptions).

Similar to the OS updates our electronic devices receive on a regular basis for optimal performance and user experience, our human operating systems also benefit from updates.

Last year, I realized how severely burnt out I was and in need of positive, long-lasting change. I stumbled upon Rapid Eye Technology and found myself hooked on the stress relief it provided as well as learning to look at life differently. It made such a positive difference for me that I decided to train to become a certified Rapid Eye Technician so I could share this healing modality with my fellow humans.
